St Christopher's Hospice.
This is a wonderful charity whose mission is to provide expert palliative 'end of life' care.
They were of tremendous help and support to our family at a very difficult time and gave us the best possible advice & practical help to take care of Trilok when we needed it most.
They rely heavily on charitable donations for their funding so any contributions made will help towards providing care & support for other families in equally difficult circumstances.
